Utah Family Photographer, Family of Four

I love this little spot in the middle of the city (Utah County near the point of the mountain). I shot here once years and years ago, and decide to try it out again. Once I put it out there as an option, I had so many clients choose it this year! It has so much variety in one little area, plus its right in the middle of the suburbs where a lot of my clients live. Beautiful scenery and a five minute drive for Family Pictures is a win-win.

This shoot went SO well. The kids had really adorable reactions to pretty much everything I tried. I love it when kids feel their dad’s whiskers, you’ll be able to spot those shots below. One of my other favorite things to do during Family Photography Sessions is to put little kids face to face in mom and dads arms with no instruction at all. Just put them right next to each other and watch. I’d say 8 out of 10 times, siblings will do something super loving and gallery-wall worthy with no prompts at all. It’s so fun to see how much they love each other. Sure it might end with one of them hugging too hard, or pulling the others hair, but those first shots are always worth it.
