As an Utah County Family photographer, I’ve seen a wide range of outfit choices for family photo sessions. Here are three color palettes you can use when making your outfit choices for family photos:
- Classic neutrals. Neutral colors, like black, white, and beige, can create a timeless and sophisticated look in family photos. These colors can also be easily dressed up or down, depending on the setting and occasion.
- Soft pastels. Soft pastel colors, like pink, blue, and lavender, can add a touch of whimsy and femininity to family photos. These colors can be particularly lovely for spring and summer sessions.
- Earthy tones. Earthy tones, like brown, green, and beige, and, can create a natural and organic feel in family photos. I love these colors especially in the fall and every season!
No matter what outfits you choose for your Utah family photography session, the most important thing is that you and your family feel comfortable and confident. Choose outfits that reflect your personalities and style, and you’ll love your family pictures.
