If you’ve spent more than a minute on my website, you’ll see that I put “Utah” as many places as I can! It’s amazing how many times in my own search for a photographer, that it takes some real digging to see what area of Utah they shoot in, or even what state for that matter! So if you’re wondering, I usually shoot in Utah County and American Fork Canyon, but I also have several spots in Salt Lake County and the Cottonwood Canyons that I love. I travel to Park City several times per year and even ventured down south to the Sand Dunes in 2020. Scroll way back to see that dreamy spot. Of all the places I go, this one is probably the shortest drive, and it’s just as gorgeous as some of my farther away spots. There’s a bit of walking, but I find that can be helpful for kids so they aren’t stuck in the same area the whole time. See what you think of this “walking” session. We spend the first 30 minutes getting to the bridge and stop and photograph at several spots on the way, and then do the same thing on the way back. If you have kids that like to move, this could be the spot for you.
This is the third or fourth time I’ve been able to photograph this family which always make me job even better. Their kids couldn’t get any cuter, and it’s so fun to see how previous clients grow and change.
