Utah Senior Pictures at a Utah County Orchard

Calling Class of 2022. If you want green grass and trees in your photos, most of my locations don’t green up until late April or early May in the foothills. This spot is one of the earliest to be pretty (usually ready towards mid-April). If you want to avoid the rush to get pictures taken and announcements out, all in the last three to four weeks before graduation, now is your time. Seniors start school in August, so getting their pictures done in late July or August makes a lot of sense and can help aleviate stress when life is already busy in the Spring time.

As for this shoot, this client did a lot of things right with her wardrobe. I usually tell my seniors to bring two outfits, one casual, and one dressy. Adding texture in clothing will photograph well and you can tell both of her outfits had a lot of texture. Her hat was a fun addition too! She also told me several times that she wasn’t sure what to do (just like 99% of people feel or say when they are in front of a camera), BUT you can see here that you don’t need to know what to do with your hands, or how to stand or anything. Just come to your photo shoot and I promise I’ll make you look good in your senior pictures!
