If you want to shoot at Saltair, you have to be committed. It might be muddy, you might get mosquito bites, and like this shoot, the storm could chase you back to your car.

I did two shoots here last year. It was fun to find a new spot and get a totally different look from where I’m used to shooting.  I love this family, their kids keep me laughing.

I was going for the Sound of Music feel here.  I loved this session.  

I got to photograph these adorable twins in there home not too long ago.  Their bright blue eyes, and blonde hair are so adorable.

This spot is always a favorite location of mine in the spring.  I love how this family didn’t match too much, and added lots of layers and texture to their ensamble.

The location is worth every minute of the drive.  These are some of my favorite pictures I’ve ever taken.

I found an awesome spot for winter sessions since Tibblefork is closed this year.  I love winter sessions, they are a little bit different from the usual Fall sessions.  If you dress warm enough, they are a really fun time.

This is one of my favorite places to be and also to shoot.  These wild poppies are almost incredible as the pioneer woman that planted them.

The light in this newborn/family session was pretty amazing. What better place to have newborn pictures taken than in your own home.

I would love to do more hospital family sessions!  This one was SO fun.   It’s a great time to photograph the new family before the stress of real-life sets in at home, and having all the bonding between baby and family captured will be a treasure for years to come.

These photos were a mother’s day gift for “mom”.  If you need ideas for mothers day, this is something every mother would love. May is just around the corner.

One of my favorite families to photograph in a beautiful orchard.

The busy season is over, and it’s time to give my blog a little TLC.  Check out this session of a mom and tot at two of my favorite spots up the canyon. 

Do you have a big family?  Well then, I want to take your pictures. I love sessions with large families which is pretty unique for most photographers. There are so many things going on so there’s always something to document. Check out one of  my latest with this family of eight.

I’m a family photographer, but when one of your best friends has a daughter getting married, you make an exception.  The nature-setting was perfect for this beautiful bride-to-be.

If you don’t mind a somewhat difficult hike, Lake Blanche is worth the trip.  My hubbs and I took half of a day to do this hike.  It was no problem for him, but there may have been a lot of huffing and puffing from me. The the view at the top was spectacular.

Aspens, mountain views, wild flowers and a ton of green makes this one of my new favorite spots.  It was gorgeous this spring, and I can’t wait to go there when the leaves start changing.  It’s never too early to start booking for those busy fall photography months. Scroll down to see a newly engaged couple in […]
